Miel de Chardon – Bio (Chouk)

Miel de Chardon Bio Maurusia, appelé Chouk en arabe, est extrait à froid, ni chauffé ni pasteurisé conçu à partir d’une plante épineuse distinguée par ses fleures violettes. C’est un miel relativement rare du terroir marocain recommandé essentiellement pour :

- the protection of the liver and the treatment of poisoning, hepatitis and cirrhosis;

- Lactation increase

- the fight against stress and fatigue;

- improvement of digestive comfort and transit;

- urine problems in children;

This honey also adds taste and smoothness to your culinary preparations. You can coat the meat with honey before grilling it to give it a caramelized texture and retain all the juices.
