Thistle Honey

Our Maurusia Thistle Honey, called Chouk in Arabic, is cold extracted, neither heated nor pasteurized, made from a thorny plant distinguished by its purple flowers. It is a relatively rare honey from the Moroccan terroir recommended mainly for:

- the protection of the liver and the treatment of poisoning, hepatitis and cirrhosis;

- Lactation increase

- the fight against stress and fatigue;

- improvement of digestive comfort and transit;

- urine problems in children;

This honey also adds taste and smoothness to your culinary preparations. You can coat the meat with honey before grilling it to give it a caramelized texture and retain all the juices.
